What Does Delayed Period Along With Nausea And Sore Breasts Indicate? 

I am 8 days late for my expected period, i have very regular periods, There isn t anything that s been stressing me out, i have sore breasts. I have these cravings for spicy food, i have heartburn every now and again. i have been feeling nausea but i haven t thrown up at all, now on the 8th day i m starting to experience on and off cramps, could i be pregnant?

Hello,

The possibility of musculoskeletal pain hormonal imbalance is more likely. So better to consult a gynecologist and get done a clinical examination and hormone levels. You will need hormone pills to regulate hormones. Once hormones normalize, you will be alright.
